RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at [your support email] before sending any item back. We will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not return products without contacting us first. Because our products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, the return address may vary. Items sent without prior return instructions may not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Returned with its original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number

Customers may inspect or try on an item only as reasonably necessary. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including opened or used personal-care items, underwear, earrings, and other sealed hygiene-sensitive products after the seal has been removed.

Personalized or custom-made products may also be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the order was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We will try to cancel the order before it is processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the return process may apply.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to contact us for return instructions and place a new order after the return is approved.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
